Tandoori Chicken is a classic North Indian starter delight that is a totally lip-smacking treat. Skinless chicken legs and thighs are marinated in a mixture of yoghurt, herbs, lemon juice and spices for it to absorb all the flavor. The meat pieces are slashed to the bone in multiple places so that the marinade penetrates through it and gets absorbed. This makes the dish a rich burst of aromas that is bound to stimulate all your senses. The chicken pieces are fiery, moist and slowly fried until crispy. It is the perfect cuisine to kickstart your meal with on a weekend food binge. We will serve half-plate (2pcs-275gm) or full-plate (4pcs-550gm) to you with a side of salad and green chutney.
