This is a Punjabi style mutton curry which is a relished dish among most North Indians. In this dish, boneless mutton keema is cooked in a generous amount of fresh cream, and gawa ghee. The keema is sauteed in a ginger garlic paste, spices and condiments. One of the main flavors that dominates the dish is of kasturi methi. A hint of garam masala also adds to the flavor.
