Fish Tikka

Are you too bored with trying chicken or paneer tikkas again and again? You can go for something more unusual like a fish tikka. It is a great starter to pair with your main course. Four boneless chunks of original bhetki fish is marinated in a delicious spices and then grilled or broiled on high heat. The soft yet firm fish variety is dipped in a flavorful mix of fennel seeds (saunf), carom seeds (ajwain), ginger, garlic so that all these aromas get absorbed into the fish. The dish also has hung yoghurt which adds to the creaminess. The fish is charred to a golden shade on the outside and has a juicy texture on the inside. We will serve it to you with some salad and green chutney.
