Fish Angara is a dish where a whole piece of roasted original bhetki is dipped in a mixture of Indian spices like coriander, turmeric, pepper, cumin, kashmiri red chilli powder tossed with some chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves for a burst of flavors. A few drops of lemon juice is then added to the entire mixture to give it a hint of tanginess. Some garlic and ginger paste is also added for additional flavors. The fish has a crispy texture on the outside and juicy on the inside. This dish is an excellent add on or starter and served with fresh salad and some green chutney.
