This is a Thai vegetable side dish with a hint of Chinese flavors in it. In this dish, fresh, crisp and soft baby corn is sauted on a high flame till the onion turns light brown. The ginger, chilli, capsicum and onion are cooked and sizzled to absorb the flavors in the dish. A hint of hot garlic sauce is then added to it to add to the flavors and spiciness of the dish. The entire dish is then tossed with mushroom slices and cooked to turn it into a delicious, appetizing starter. The dish is then garnished with sprinkles of spring onion and served hot.
