Chicken Chaap is a classic Indian main course gravy that is so thick and rich that you can’t get enough of it. This drool-worthy dish is blessed with juicy and moist chicken pieces that are so soft and tender that it feels heavenly. Two pieces of chicken are marinated overnight so that all the flavors get absorbed in it. The chicken is then slowly cooked in a rich and luscious onion, garlic, poppy seeds gravy and cashews paste tossed with dollops of ghee. It is a mildly spicy but highly aromatic dish that is best served with biriyani, rumali roti, pulao and naan.
