Chicken Butter Masala

Chicken butter masala is a succulent, creamy chicken gravy loaded with the goodness of rich fresh cream and the best quality butter. Fresh pieces of tender chicken are marinated in yoghurt and other aromatic spices and grilled. The grilled, marinated pieces of chicken are then sauteed in a base of an onion and tomato based gravy with generous dollops of fresh cream.
