- Cornflour β 3 tbsp
- All-purpose flour β 2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste β 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce β 2 tbsp
- Green chili sauce β 1 tbsp
- Red chili sauce β 1 tbsp
- Capsicum β 1 (diced)
- Onion β 1 (diced)
- Green chilies β 3-4 (slit)
- Spring onion β for garnish
- Salt & pepper β to taste
- Oil β for deep frying
